AMOZA
amozacare.com · Meta Ads · Google Ads · Google Merchant Center
“Salon born. Science driven.” AMOZA’s Shopify store (Bounce, Softouch, Elasté, Voilà) needed product-level precision — profitable acquisition for bundles, COD and bold hair-care promises.
The Challenge
- A crowded D2C beauty market where generic “shampoo India” targeting burns budget fast.
- Variant-heavy Shopify catalogue (ranges, sizes, bundles) — Merchant Center feeds needed constant care to stay live.
- Two funnels to serve: brand discovery on social, and product/comparison intent on search and Shopping.
What We Did — Role by Role
How each service worked inside the account, the funnel, and the website.
Meta Ads
A range-by-range social engine — discovery through Reels, conversion through catalogue and retargeting.
- Catalogue ads on lookalikes built from purchasers, with range-specific audiences (Bounce for curls, Softouch, Elasté, Voilà).
- Problem-led creative — curly-hair routines, fine-hair volume, damage repair — rather than generic product shots.
- BUNDLE15 and rewards/referral hooks layered into creative to lift average order value.
- Cart-abandonment retargeting with single-product cards and urgency messaging.
- Placement strategy: Reels for reach and discovery, feed and stories as closers; broad-versus-close tracking split in reporting.
Google Ads
Intent capture on problem search — plus branded protection so the D2C brand name always leads home.
- Search campaigns on problem and comparison intent: "shampoo for curly hair India", "hair mask for damaged hair", "best hair serum for frizz".
- Branded campaign protecting AMOZA and its range names from competitor and generic noise.
- Product searches promoted for high-intent terms and badged with bundle/offer messaging.
- Conversion values attached to purchases (revenue) so the system bids towards return, not just volume.
- Query mining weekly — new curls/carephras evolve fast and are added within days.
Google Merchant Center
A catalogue selling system that mirrors the store in near real time — variants, prices, stock and offers.
- Full product feed covering ranges, sizes and bundles, with variant mapping so no landing page 404s.
- Titles built for Shopping intent: product + range + key benefit (e.g., "Bounce Curly Hair Shampoo 300ml").
- Price and stock synced continuously; disapproved and "out of stock" items fixed within the week.
- Promotion annotations applied to bundles and free-shipping thresholds to earn extra shelf presence.
- Free listings active for unpaid Shopping visibility alongside paid Shopping campaigns.
The Outcome
- ✓Product-level visibility on Shopping and free listings while the catalogue stays in sync.
- ✓Brand and non-brand separated cleanly, so each channel’s profit contribution is measurable.
- ✓A social-to-store loop — catalogue retargeting closes shoppers who first saw Reels and creative.
- ✓Category-level reporting that drives a weekly optimisation rhythm instead of guesswork.
