How J NINE engagements are contracted — fees, commitment, payments, and where legal matters are handled. All J NINE contracts are governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
Every engagement with J NINE begins with a written contract covering scope of work, selected platforms, minimum commitment period, fees, ad spend responsibility, and deliverables. Nothing is billed outside the signed agreement.
Contracts are issued per engagement in Indian Rupees (INR). The standard minimum commitment is 3 months, with 50% of the engagement paid in advance on start and the remaining 50% settled in monthly installments across the following two months.
J NINE contracts always separate ad spend from J NINE fees. Ad budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, OpenAI, Jio Hotstar).
The J NINE management fee is a fixed ₹20,000 per ad platform per month, plus a flat 10% extra on combined monthly ad spend above ₹6,00,000. SEO retainers and website builds are quoted and fixed in the contract before sign-off.
All J NINE contracts, agreements, and legal relations are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Contracts are executed and deemed to be signed within India, and their interpretation, enforcement, and validity are governed exclusively by Indian law.
By entering into a contract with J NINE, both parties agree that all disputes, claims, and legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the contract — including its existence, validity, performance, or termination — are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
This jurisdiction clause applies to payment disputes, breach of contract, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property claims, and any other legal matter connected with a J NINE engagement.
Nothing in this clause prevents J NINE from seeking provisional or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect J NINE's rights.
J NINE prefers to resolve differences amicably. Before any legal proceeding is initiated, both parties agree to attempt a negotiated settlement through written notices and a reasonable discussion period.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, either party may approach the courts at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter.
Parties may also agree on mediation or arbitration, in which case the seat of mediation or arbitration shall be Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
