1. Services
J9 Business provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, OpenAI Ads, Jio Hotstar Ads, SEO, and website development.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide necessary information and access for service delivery
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Comply with applicable laws regarding products and advertisements
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Services may be suspended for non-payment.
4. Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Refunds, if any, are subject to review and exclude work already performed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and assets created during the contract remain the property of J9 until full payment is received. Upon payment, deliverables are transferred to the client as defined in the scope.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential and not disclose it except as necessary to fulfill contract obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability
J9 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Results cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of digital marketing and external factors such as platform algorithms and market changes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
