1. No Refunds — Payments Are Final
All payments made to J NINE for digital marketing services, SEO retainers, website development projects, and any other service are non-refundable once payment is made. By making any payment, the client acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:
- Advance payments made at the start of an engagement
- Monthly installments and retainers paid during an engagement
- Fixed fees for ad platforms (₹20,000 per platform per month)
- Performance-based fees (10% of ad spend above ₹6,00,000)
- One-time project fees for website development or other deliverables
2. Why There Are No Refunds
J NINE's fees compensate for work that begins immediately and continues throughout the engagement, including strategy, research, campaign setup, creative production, account management, testing, and reporting. A substantial portion of this work is performed before visible results appear, and none of it can be returned to the agency. Ad spend is never part of J NINE's fee — it is paid directly by the client to the ad platform — so there is no unspent ad budget held by J NINE to refund.
3. Results and Refunds Are Not Connected
Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside J NINE's control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and competitor activity. A lack of results, regardless of cause, does not create any entitlement to a refund. Fees paid for management, execution, and expertise are earned regardless of campaign performance. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the scope, fees, and commitments before making any payment.
4. Cancellation Does Not Create Refunds
If either party terminates an engagement, amounts paid for completed or in-progress work and for the current commitment period remain with J NINE and are non-refundable. Services are stopped after cancellation, but payments already made are earned and retained.
5. Credit Notes and Adjustments
In its sole discretion, J NINE may offer a credit note or fee adjustment for future services in cases of billing errors or where a genuine service failure is verified by J NINE. Credit notes and adjustments are goodwill gestures, not obligations, and never take the form of cash refunds. They expire 90 days from issue and have no cash value.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights the client may have under applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
7. Acceptance
